For those of you who are wondering, I'm fine. Cold but fine. At least it's only 30 degrees here, as opposed to 14 degrees. But now it means the rain that's falling is freezing so now it's a wet cold as opposed to a cold cold, if that makes any sense, which it probably doesn't. I'm not going to be home for Christmas, but I will be back for a week during New Years. So a big huge bowling party will occur then. I'll be back from bout 28th to the 4th. So we can get together, have a huge amount of fun. Other than that, same crap, just eight more months to go. Yeah, I miss being back home, hanging out with everyone. I miss being able to hang out with the guys, going out to lunch, actually talking to people. I miss being able to spend time with Alicia. It'll be nice for all of us to get together and go bowlin again. And stuff.

You know, I thought I would get a chance to sleep in nice and reasonably late for the first time in months, without roommates snoring, playing video games a few feet from my head, etc. But lo and behold my father wakes me up to tell me I need to go back right away to beat the blizzard. So since I think my mom felt sorry for me, she treated me and alicia to brunch. Long story short, I didn't believe how bad the blizzard was, I left alicia's at noonish. I just got to Tobyhanna, PA. Eight hours. Eight hours of skidding (not even good skidding), asshole truckers speeding me by, crawling along at 10-20 mph for hours. My car is not moving an inch until new years. Yeah, I officially hate snow now. Fuck the snow.

Thanksgiving was pretty interesting. Started off with me driving 4 hours home after working 10-6 night shift. Got home, had thanksgiving dinner at parents, then spent the day with Alicia visiting her family, including her 2ish and 5ish year old. Dear god that was chaotic. And to think I was like that once (or still am ;-))... Then spent a nice romantic evening with her. Or tried to, since by that time I was going about 30 hours straight and was so goddamn tired. It's great though, every day we spend together, I feel us growing closer. I just feel totally happy and content whenever I'm with her in a way I've never felt before.
Tonight, the original four (me, Sean, Ron, and Dave) went bowlin, hung out, and did some e-braking for the first time in almost 2 years in good e-braking conditions. It was almost enough to bring a tear to my eye :-) Fun was had by all. I'd forgotten how much fun the four of us have when we're doing completly stupid things. I come up with a stupid idea, Dave criticizes, Ron says it's a bad idea, and usually Sean does it. But sometimes stupidity is done on such a scale that it requires both me and Sean. twas a beautiful couple nights. and I've had many couple of nights. Gotta say, they were one of the best.

Ron is god, god is Ron

Yeah, so I've been up for about 24 hours. I think I'm starting to get delerious or something. Strange thing is, I think I'm so tired I'm not tired. The infinitly stupid powers that be decided it'd be a good idea for people who worked 10pm-6am, 3rd shift, to take an 8 hour first aid class right after their shift, so I've been up since about 4 yesterday afternoon. So I'm really really tired and I have a bad case of the munchies. Maybe if I fall asleep by counting sheep and eat them, it would solve both my problems. I mean, sheep is probably good, aside from the whole wool part. But you could probably keep busy by nitting or sewing a nice blankie while you eat the sheep. I mean, you could even make a wool bib to keep you warm and clean while you eat the sheep. But a blankie would probably keep me even more nice and warm and fuzzy. Don't forget, though, it's important to keep comfortable while you eat, but more important while you sleep. But everyone should have a blankie, a nice fuzzy, warm blankie...

Anyway, yeah, I froze my butt off, plus I learned what it was like to fall asleep not sitting, not even standing, but walking. It's quite an interesting experience, somewhat like being drunk. Only without the beer part... Other than that, quite an excruciatingly boring night. I can't wait until tonight so I can do it all over again! Yes! *cheers*

Yeah, I'm in Pennsylvania now. Honestly, it really really sucks. I go from fall weather to middle of winter. I mean, I know I live in New England, but c'mon. My stomach hurts from the good food (if that makes sense). Yeah, it was boring in Natick, but it was a nice boring, a comfortable boring, I knew everyone there. Now I know a few people here, but generally I don't know too many people here. Add to this the fact that I can't unpack my crammed full car because they were stupid enough to bring us here when they only had one room for the 6 of us that came down. So full it was pushing my car to keep it to 80. But it'll be better once I get used to it, I'm sure, but this is my bitching post. In 9 1/2 months I'll be done, that's the important thing. And those of you who are on my AIM, for some mystical or retarded reason they have AIM banned here. Yet Yahoo and MSN isn't. Interesting... So I'll just be chatting when I'm home or here and there. But I should be back for a couple days for thanksgiving and hopefully a week on Christmas. So e-mail me alot and we'll get together whenever I can.

P.S. Tobyhanna, PA sucks ass

Had lots of fun hanging with the Jen-Jen Wednesday. Went to the Hadley mall, window shopped some, picked up Saber Marionette J Again, woot! Watched the new Austin Powers movie, laughed the entire way through, excellent movie. Talked with Jen, got her to eat some Taco Bell. The best part of the day was when some kid fell on his ass just by looking at us. Then off to fuckin Wal-Mart to pick up LotR soundtrack. Also found Jen's corset for later that night. It had camoflage! Then later that night went to Necrology. It wasn't bad, but I just wasn't in the dancing mood. Maybe if I have leave when the groups back I'll try it again. Jen seemed a little down, so I gave her my rose, which seemed to make her happy. A happy Jen is a happy Luke. Then off we went back home for a few hours of sleep. A good day was had by all. And I've had many days in my day. Gotta say, it was one of the best! That one's for you! *points to Jen*

Woke up after 4 hours of sleep to hang with the Audra. She was my navigator to the Hadly mall to pick up the 3rd Saber Marionette J dvd. Spent some time window shopping, found a perverted Spiderman crane game. Went to eat at the Old Country Buffet just in time for the after church crowd. Audra had a great idea: should've led me in with a leash, dressed up in goth or some anti-christ clothes. Afterward she completly fell asleep in the car all the way to her house. Getting her to get up and out of the car was fun too. All in all, a good day. And I've had many days in my day. Gotta say, it was one of the best.

Tuesday was a great day. Spent the day with Audra, which consisted of the mall, and Wal-Mart. I have so much fun hanging out with her. We just basically did a little shopping, bought her lunch, talked about stuff. It's amazing how comfortable and totally at ease we are with each other. We can talk to each other about anything and everything. Met Alicia there, said hi. I think I should to take her bowling. After Wal-mart we went swimming and had a small get-together at a house Audra was house-sitting. It was pretty fun, except for when I ran into a tree. That kinda hurt a bit. Oh yeah, when I fell on my ear, that hurt too. But fun was definately had by all. It's just been too long since I had fun like that. New stories to tell, was great.

Discovered the Westfield Staples is kinda crap, but better than another supermarket. Yeah, Westfield needs another one of those, like it needs another Wal-Mart. Hung out with Sean, watched Jungle de Ikou. That movie is incredible, I loved it. Got an e-mail from Alicia which is a good thing. I havn't heard from her in a while.
Yeah, work was okay. Long day but we managed to have a lot of fun. It's so great to be left alone by the managers for the most part, I think that's the best part of working in receiving. Plus the guys there are pretty cool. My weekend is finally here though. *cheers* So yeah, the Audra and I are gonna get breakefast. I can't wait, breakfast on 2 or three hours of sleep, but it's only fair considering how often Audra has to go on little sleep to meet people. It's been too long since we chitchatted, and we have so much fun doing it! The conversation can go from perverted, serious, funny, and back to perverted depending on our lack of sleep. I'm definately gonna miss her when she goes back.

Yeah, me Sean and Dave got together for my birthday and had a big fire. It was so much fun, I'm amazed the fire didn't spread. You just gotta love it when the flame gets higher than the roof of the house ;-). Sean outdid himself with his present. It was wrapped up in tons of duct tape and armored with a piece of duct work. And I ripped it open with my bare hands, you have no idea how manly that felt. We had some trouble starting the fire though, I think we put too much wood on. It was kinda traumatizing when I put some lighter fluid on the coals and it smothered it, I mean c'mon, it's lighter fluid! We talked Dave into staying until 2, which is better than 10 when he said he was leaving. So yesterday was a great time, fun was had by all.
